Every Wednesday we get a new picture prompt for the Friday Fictioneers, a writing challenge graciously hosted by our Fairy Blog Mother Rochelle Wisoff-Fields.

This week, Rochelle asked us to not get too political, so I tried something different. Not entirely unpolitical but hopefully fun nonetheless.

July 20, 1969

This month, it’s been 50 years since humans first landed on the moon. This is in honour of all the people who, to this day, risk their lives and health to explore and advance our knowledge about our world, and our universe. May this gallery bring back the excitement of these early days of space exploration.
