Project 10K (P10K) September 2018

You’ll find the rules and some of the earlier badges on the Project 10K Page.

With October Fall has arrived where I am. I’m sad and glad at the same time. Summer was too hot for my taste, and now it is already rather cool. We don’t seem to have moderate spring and fall temperatures any longer. So, with September gone, we face a new challenge and get new badges. How was your September? Did you have a chance to write? Did important things prevent you from writing?  Tell us all about it.

Here are our standard questions:

Do you need a little incentive for writing more regularly? Then this project is for you.

1. Did you meet your writing/editing goals?
2. Did you have fun writing?
3. Did the P10K help with motivation?
4. Anything else you want to tell us, questions you want to ask?

You’ll find the rules and some of the earlier badges on the Project 10K Page.

It’s Septermber already. Fall is just around the corner. Another month gone, a new badge, a new challenge. How was your August? Did you have a chance to write, or go on vacation? Did important things prevent you from writing or did the heat cook every creative thought away? Or maybe it was too cold because you live down under? Tell us all about it.

Here are our standard questions:

Do you need a little incentive for writing more regularly? Then this project is for you.

1. Did you meet your writing/editing goals?
2. Did you have fun writing?

Project 10K (P10K) July 2018

You’ll find the rules and some of the earlier badges on the Project 10K Page.

I’m a bit late this month, sorry about that. But here we are, it’s August, and where I live it is hot and humid, not something I like. I’m more compatible with cooler weather but never mind. I hope your July was pleasant.

Here are our standard questions:

Project 10K (P10K) June 2018

You’ll find the rules and some of the earlier badges on the Project 10K Page.

It’s July already, the secons half of the year has started and the days in the northern hemisphere get shorter.  How was your June? Mine was a month of fail. And I’m not alone. Need any German flags? You can get them cheap right now. We (I mean the soccer team and ‘we’ the fans) have been humiliated. Now I’ll cheer for France and England. France just kicked out Argentina in a great and exciting game that was fun to watch, unlike the matches of our own… well, enough of that. For those of you who don’t have a clue: there’s a football/soccer worldcup going on.

Here are our standard questions:

Project 10K (P10K) May 2018

You’ll find the rules and some of the earlier badges on the Project 10K Page.

It’s June. Where did the time go? How was your May? The month after a NaNoWriMo event usually is like trying to get some air and relax a bit. But there’s also the danger of relaxing too much and losing the momentum. I admit I’m guilty of that.

Here are our standard questions:

Do you need a little incentive for writing more regularly? Then this project is for you.

1. Did you meet your writing/editing goals?
2. Did you have fun writing?

Project 10K (P10K) April 2018

You’ll find the rules and some of the earlier badges on the Project 10K Page.

April rushed by and with it the Camp NaNoWriMo. I know that I’m not the only one who participated. How did it go for you, did you achieve your goals? I found my goal of 50 hours sorting through an old project and making sense of it quite challenging. I had to put in a lot of effort and postpone a lot of other things to get the hours covered. It doesn’t sound much, does it? But with a full-time job, partner, dog, cat, and a few other interesting things these 50 hours turned out to be quite demanding. I’ll write a bit more about my Camp experience further down.

As usual, here are our standard questions:

Do you need a little incentive for writing more regularly? Then this project is for you.

1. Did you meet your writing/editing goals?
2. Did you have fun writing?
3. Did the P10K help with motivation?

April is here, but I won’t fool you… instead I’ll have some easter eggs and stuff myself in preparation for the Camp NaNoWriMo. Yes, I’m crazy enough to have joined the lovely Camp Plot Bunnies again. But let’s get to our monthly questions:

1. Did you meet your writing/editing goals?
2. Did you have fun writing?

March is here and Spring will follow, yay! I’m tired of the dark, short days. Maybe more sunshine will help me with less fail. Or maybe more sunshine will give me more reasons to procrastinate? Anyway, here’s to our standard questions:

Do you need a little incentive for writing more regularly? Then this project is for you.

1. Did you meet your writing/editing goals?
2. Did you have fun writing?
3. Did the P10K help with motivation?
